Shipment for Orders
Most of our items are in-stock and will ship within 2 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday 11am to 5pm PST excluding weekends and holidays.
Special Order for Events
Planning for weddings, parties, baby showers, business events or other occasions? We can customize your order to create unique gift sets for providing a memorable experience for your guests.

Pre-Order / Waiting List for Backordered Items
We accept reservation and pre-ordering for most back-ordered items through email only (contact@zillymonkey.com). On your email, please provide your name, item name, and how many units you would like to reserve. We will email you pre-order instructions once we know the arrival date of the items.
