Return Policy

We accept return for MOST items in the store within 14 days from the day of delivery provided ALL the conditions below are met. Items that do not meet ALL the conditions below will not qualify for refund.

  • Products must be unused, in the condition you received them and in the original box and packaging
  • All product accessories, manual, warranty booklets have to be included in the return package
  • All original price tag must be attached to the product

For items that are received damaged, customers must report to us within 5 days from the day of delivery in order to receive refund or replacement. Along with your email, please include the followings: 

  • Pictures of the shipping label and shipping box showing damages, if any
  • Pictures of the damaged/defective items
  • Pictures of the other damages that will help expediting the process

Returns are NOT accepted for the following items:

  • Final sale & clearance items
  • Light fixtures, which includes ceiling and wall lamps
  • Furniture
  • Used items

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection status of your refund.

If the refund was approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will apply to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

To return your product, please email us at and we will provide instruction for your return upon approval. 

Customers will be responsible for the original shipping and returning shipping postages. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

We highly recommend you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.  We are not responsible for package lost or damages during transit. reserves the rights to refuse any return items and refunds.
