We gladly accept return for MOST items in the store within 15 days from the day of delivery provided ALL the conditions below are met. Items that do not meet ALL the conditions below will not qualify for refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection status of your refund.
If the refund was approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will apply to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
To return your product, please email us at email@example.com and we will issue instruction for your return.
You will be responsible for paying for the original shipping costs and for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $50, we highly recommend you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for package lost or damage during transit.
