All California orders will be subjected CA sales tax under the California Law.
Free Shipping
Free Standing Shipping will be applied to orders over $200 USD (before tax). Free shipping offer valid only on Standard Shipping for US shipping address. Free shipping does not applied to international orders.
Shipping within USA
Shipping prices are calculated based on the level of service you choose. Your order may ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Most of our items are in-stock and will ship within 2 to 3 business days. Business days are Tuesday through Friday 9am to 5pm PST excluding weekends and holidays.

SECOND DAY SHIPPING - Continental US Only */ **: Fee will be based on shipping weight starting from $45 and up. Takes up to 2 business days for Continental US addresses.

** PO boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii CANNOT be expedited.

Shipping to Canada
All Canadian shipment will be shipped via USPS International, UPS Standard or FedEx Ground with transit time approximately 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and US/Canada holidays). This is an estimated only as delivery time may be delayed by customs hold up, which we do not have control over with. The shipping fee does NOT include import taxes or any duty fees, which will be responsible by customers.
The shipping fees starts from $38 USD and it is based on the shipping weight of the order. The shipping fee will show on the checkout page.
The maximum weight of the shipment to Canada is 50 pounds (22.6 kg). Shipping is not available for orders over 50 pounds.
Shipping to UK, New Zealand, Australia, Singapore
All UK, New Zealand, Australia and Singapore shipment will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail (15 to 20 business days), International Priority Mail (10 to 20 business days) or USPS International Express Mail (5 to 10 business days). This is an estimated only as delivery time may be delayed by customs hold up, which we do not have control over with. The shipping fee does NOT include import taxes or any duty fees, which will be responsible by customers.
Fee starts from $35 USD based on the shipping weight of the order. The shipping fee will show on the checkout page.
The maximum weight of the shipment to UK and Australia is 25 pounds (10 kg). Shipping is not available for orders over 25 pounds.
Shipping to Other International Countries
We are currently working on offering delivery to other international countries. Information will be posted once we finalize the shipping plan. Please check back with us!
Shipping Status
Your Shipping Confirmation Email will include the name of the carrier and link to track your package.
Information about any backordered or cancelled items will be included in a separate email. You may also view your order online by logging into your account. All orders will be shipped with Tracking and Delivery confirmation.
Orders with delivery status marked "Delivered" by the shipping carrier are considered to be delivered, fulfilled and completed. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe and secure delivery location and we are not responsible for lost or theft at your delivery location. Please contact the carrier for further delivery information.
It's the responsibility of the customer to provide a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for customer's mistake for wrong delivery address.
For international orders, we are not responsible for Customs hold up, Custom taxes and fees, non-delivery status overseas, or package theft or lost at the delivery location.
If tracking shows that the item is lost during transit, customer should email us and we will investigate the shipping status of the package.
Out of Stock and Back Order
If an item is sold out, we will notify you and a full refund will be issued in the original form of payment. If the item is back ordered, we will notify you within 48 hours and customer can choose to receive the item when the item is available, or receive a full refund.
